I am writing my first post to recommend Isaac from Vivo Diamonds, I was so so impressed, I think he deserves some good feedback!

I am not really the jewellery type usually, and didn’t know anything about diamonds, their cost or criteria. My boyfriend and I didn’t want to spend too much on the engagement ring. Our budget was SG$7000, and I was looking for a central stone, with diamonds on the side.

I went to visit all the usual suspect in the SG jewellery scene. I was really surprised by the prices, and even thought that I might not be able to afford a good graded diamond or the side stones. I was also always on edge with them when trying rings as I felt all they seem to care about was the commission they were going to get. The fact that I am European also means that they assume I have more money than I actually do!

I saw a lot of posts about Vivo Diamonds and decided to pay them a visit. I met Isaac in his Orchard Road office and I loved it straight away! The atmosphere was intimate and cosy. He first let me pick the setting, all with beautiful design and nice finish. Then he showed me a selection of diamonds for my budget and I was shocked! His price for the diamond was over 1000 cheaper than what I had been quoted in a shop in Ion for a similar stone! And his diamond had even better clarity specs!

The setting is a band with 5 side stones on each side. The setting is 1500, and the 10 stones will be colour F as well, to make sure all diamonds look the same colour.

I spent 2 hours in his showroom; Isaac seemed to genuinely care about my special moment.
I never felt pressurised and I was really comfortable with him, he is definitely not one of those selling type that only have commission in their eyes! He is also very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of tips and advice when picking the stone. I plan to get the wedding bands and wedding jewellery from him as he also have a lovely collection of other stuff.

I will get the ring in 3 to 4 weeks and I cannot wait!!! Anyway, the whole experience was fantastic and I cannot recommend him enough! You should really pay him a visit and have a look for yourselves.
